At Sweet Dream Massage Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service in a peaceful, professional environment. Please review our refund policy below:

💳 Services

We do not offer refunds for completed massage sessions.
If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please let us know before you leave the appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide a suitable resolution.

📅 Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid fees.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

🎁 Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages

All gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable.
They may be transferred to another person or used at a later date.

⏳ Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client. Full payment is still required.
